There are two major things to consider when setting boundaries with an email campaign. The first of those is defining core values. Your core values are the core ideals and beliefs that you want to work towards as a business owner. Core values must align with the goals that your business has, and these goals must be easily achievable by all members of your team. Core values also need to align with the structure of your company. If your organization has no clearly defined structure, you will have difficulty making everyone on your staff follow your rules and regulations.

The second thing to consider when setting boundaries is assigning roles to your employees based on whether they fall under your organizational chart or not.
