Cloud In A Bottle Experiment Worksheet

Here’s a fun way to learn how to make your own kool-aid. Or, any other alcoholic beverage for that matter. All you need is an ingredient list and some paper, the very same stuff you might use to create your Cloud In A Bottle Experiment Worksheet (see link below). The first step is to choose and purchase your ingredients. You can try to stock up on them all at once, or you can buy small quantities and stock up. I usually stock up on most of the items I use for my kool-aid creations.

After buying all the items you need to get started, it’s time to get to work. Choose a good brand of kool-aid, something that will stand up to the process. This will give you some confidence as you begin the fun process. I prefer to use Dr. Shugar to mix the drink with. The process is easy and doesn’t take too long.

Mix up the ingredients in the blender until they are completely blended. Don’t forget to squeeze out the seeds of the kool-aid. Once the mixture is completely blended, pour it into the bottles. Let the fun begin!

You’ll want to add ice to each bottle. The amount is up to you. When the ice has melted, add the desired amount of hard alcohol. Stir the bottle thoroughly to mix the contents. Then let the mixture cool before you open it. The last thing you want is an ice-cold bottle that you have to open to drink.

Now that the bottles are cool, it’s time to rinse out the bottles and the glassware. You will have to wash them as part of the process. It is not required, but it will help with the effectiveness of the recipe. Then you can put the pH paper into each one individually. This will allow you to be consistent when testing the process.

Next, you need to color code the bottles with the pH paper. For this process, you will probably want to have several colors available. This way you can have different color options when you are ready to start the brewing process. Make sure to do your coloring for the whole day, if possible. The Cloud In A Bottle Experiment works best when you can do this step as part of the process.

Once you have colored your bottles, remove them from the acid solution. Be sure to place them in a clean glass jar or Tupperware container. Once the solution has completely dried out, you can store your homemade Cloud in A Bottle in a cool dark place. Keep them in a well-ventilated area.

One of the neat things about making this activity with kids is that they will be able to help to add the different ingredients to the mixture. They can also help to determine what colors the liquid should be. For younger children, it can be fun to add in chunks of different fruits or vegetables. As they become older, try adding in pieces of meats or cheeses. No matter what your child chooses to add to their mixture, the kids will love helping to make it.

Once you are done mixing the ingredients and pouring them into the container, it is time for your experiment. Allow your child to drink the entire contents of the Cloud In A Bottle Experiment Worksheet. Be sure to record their experience each time they drink the mixture. You can even include some notes on how they made the fun balloon animals.

You can provide them with paper, markers, crayons, rubber stamps, stickers, or any other craft supplies that your kids enjoy. Make sure you allow them to make as many items as they want to make before the party. This is a great activity that allows your kids to make something special and memorable for you. It is also a fun time for you to take some time out from a busy day to sit down with the kids and make a project that they will remember.
